How long will the order processing take?
For Metro Manila orders:
We process the orders immediately and can do same day delivery with a 9pm cut-off time.
For Nationwide orders:We ship via LBC on weekends. LBC’s delivery period may take around 3-5 days upon dispatch.

How do you pack the records?
We safely pack your records in a mailer, wrapped in honeycomb paper for protection.

When do I receive my tracking number / how can I check order status?
For LBC, we’ll be sending out your tracking number after being dispatched. For Grab / Lalamove, you may track it via the app.
You may also send us a message on Instagram regarding the status of your order.

Can I change my shipping address after it has been placed?
Once shipped, we can’t do any changes. If not, message us immediately before we ship the record.

Can I order multiple copies of the same record?
For in demand records, we will be limiting it per person based on our discretion.

Do I have to pay the full amount for pre-orders?
For pre-orders, a half downpayment is required. The remaining balance will be paid upon the record’s arrival.

Can I cancel an already made pre-order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been processed yet. But once processed, it cannot be cancelled.

How long does the pre-order take?
It will depend on the release date. It takes 2-4 weeks upon dispatch of the order.

How do I make a special order?
For special orders, you may send us a DM regarding the record and we’ll give you a quotation!

What payment methods can I use?
You may pay via GCash, BPI, BDO, Maya, and COD (additional fee for orders above ₱2,000).

Should I pay immediately after ordering?
You have to settle your payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
